Sometimes, when you know that your customers got thru your biz through words of mouth. It dawns on you that consistent customer servicing added up rapport building is such an important tools. To have a customer to bring back 1-2 friends back for purchase added much more smile to your otherwise bad day. </p>
<p>Macro-managing isn&#8217;t easy to speak of as you will lose contact with ground customer. But it is the essense of such strong fundamental skills that carries you to even greater height. </p>
<p>I am pleased this month. Yet a little worried.<br />
Somethings are just lexicography</p>
